Gold prices on Tuesday were hovering near a more than one-week low hit in the previous session, amid diminishing gold’s safe-haven appeal, US-China agreement to temporarily halt reciprocal tariffs boosted risk appetite, US gold futures recovered $30 to trade above $3,250 an ounce, after two days of negotiations in Geneva, US and China announced tariff reductions for the next three months.
